


Ms. Burks is a highly experienced paralegal with over 20 years supporting attorneys in complex litigation. She plays a key role in managing case files, organizing and reviewing discovery, preparing discovery responses, and drafting legal documents. She has been a vital asset in assisting with the preparation of and taking numerous cases to trial in both state and federal court.
Ms. Burks decades of experience in all phases of litigation allows her to bring superior skills in factual investigations, document review, and case management to all cases she’s involved in.
When she is not working, Ms. Burks enjoys visiting various Oregon parks with her husband, her twin granddaughters, and their newest family member-Romeo, a French Bulldog the family recently adopted.
